1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION

The Companies Coast BCN Barnd S.L. with an address in Barcelona, Spain and identified with the number [B16783698], and Surf Abril S.L. with an address in Barcelona, Spain and identified with the number B67533547 organize the giveaway (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of international scope, to be developed online.

The purpose of this giveaway is to reward the loyalty of the followers of both brands.

2.-START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will begin on July 25th of 2023, at 8:00 p.m., and will end on July 27th of 2023 at 9:00 p.m.

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The participation requirements will be the following ones:
- Only those Participants who are holders of an Instagram account may participate.

- Participants must follow the Coast (@coast.bcn) and Sea You (@seayoubarcelona) Instagram accounts.

- Participants must comment on the publication tagging friends during the participation period. The more comments, the more likely they will be to win one of the 12 prizes.

- Participants may optionally share the post to their stories tagging both brands.

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

The winner will be chosen randomly through an online platform. The first 6 winners will be notified on July 26, 2023, between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., and the last 6 winners on July 27, 2023, between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. through the Coast Bcn brand's social profile.

There will be 5 prizes for 12 winners, and these prizes are::

• 3 sessions of paddle surf at Sunrise at the Sea You Barcelona Surf School Center.

• 2 sessions of Wake Foil at the Sea You Barcelona Surf School center

• 1 paddle surfboard.

• 5 t-shirts from the Coast Surf Club collection for one person.

• 5 gift vouchers of 100€ each to spend in the Coast BCN online shop.

For the first 2 prizes (the wake foil and paddle surf sessions) it will be necessary to come to Barcelona, Spain. The transportation costs will be paid by the participant. The winner will be able to redeem the prize for the next 5 years.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration. The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if, on the day of declaring the participant as a winner, there are stock problems and, therefore, it is impossible to give it.

The winner may contact the Company within 48 hours from the date it is announced on the brand's social profile. If such contact does not occur within the stipulated period, the draw will assign another winner.

If it is evident that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements set forth in the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, insulting, or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and self-image will not be allowed either. We will not be responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the Participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other Participants.

Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of the comments made by the Participants in the publications, may not under any circumstances violate the Instagram Community Rules or the Instagram Conditions of Use.

If the use of fraudulent means for participation, such as the use of bots in comments, is discovered by the Company, the prize will not be awarded to you and will remain the property of the Company.

We are not responsible for possible losses, threats, delays, or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant regarding the prize obtained from this Promotion.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that could prevent the promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

In the event that this Promotion could not be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of the Company and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant with the acceptance of these Legal Bases consents that their personal data be incorporated into a file, owned by it, in order to manage the draw, as well as disseminate and publicize its results, and process the delivery of the prize.

We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Opposition, Limitation of treatment, Portability, oblivion and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail to info@coastbcn.es attaching in both cases a copy of an identification document.

That is why the Participant declares to have been informed of the conditions for the protection of personal data by accepting and consenting to the treatment.

9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.

The mere fact of participating in the giveaway implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is carried out.

10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant's city of residence will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.
