Shipping, Exchanges and Returns
WE SHIP WHILE YOU SLEEP!
We ship our orders from our warehouse as soon as possible. For orders in Europe, from 7 to 18 days.
For the rest of the world from 14 to 21 days, we do international shipments! We provide Tracking Number so you can know where your order is at all times.
IMPORTANT! We will not pay extra shipping if there's a failed delivery, in case the package its returned tu us, the charge should be payed by the customer. We send detailed information so that you know what day it is delivered.
We offer FREE shipping in orders over 70€.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns in these situations:
- In case of defects or scratches in the garments, wrong item or color, as a customer you have the legal right to return it for free.
- Any purchase made in the period of a limited offer will not be refundable in physical money, but in a voucher for in-store spending.
- Customers who receive wrong or damaged items will have the garment sent back completely free of charge. If this is your case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of your article and we will find a solution.
Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?
At this time we do not offer changes if you've chosen a wrong size and then item has already been sent. For that reason, follow our size guide (not common EU), we recommend one size more than the one you normally use. We also do not offer changes in quantity, colors or other specifications or types of product. It is not a common case, but it can happen that there is an error in the labeling of a product. If that's the case, contact us at email@example.com within a week from the time of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item in question and we will help you as soon as possible.
For returns and exchanges please send an email to our support firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of returns due to a defect in the product or our mistake (wrong size or model) we will bear the cost of sending the return or exchange of the product. This is established by Law 34/2002, on services of the information society and electronic commerce, and we cling to it for the sale of items in contact with intimate parts.
