We ship our orders from our Spanish warehouse (GXO Logistics) as soon as possible.
- Spain: 24-48H, Correos/Correos-pack.
- Europe: 2-5 days, B2C-Maersk.
- International: 4-8 days, UPS.
We provide a tracking number and a personalized portal so you can know exactly where your order is at any time. You’ll find access to our tracking portal in your shipping confirmation email. For European orders, the local carrier that delivers the order may vary depending on the country. Our logistics algorithm takes into consideration the current period's fastest local carrier, automatically selecting it to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
We offer a pick-up point as a delivery method but only for Spanish orders.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I change a product for a different size or color, or just get my money back?
Of course. We offer returns or exchanges within the first 14 days after the purchase is made. The cost of the return depends on which country you’re sending the package from. The cost of the return shipment must be paid by the customer.
Once we have received the product and checked it, if you want a refund your money will be returned in 3-5 days in the same payment method you used. In case you want to make a change you will receive a voucher to spend in-store.
- Any purchase made in the period of a limited offer will not be refundable in physical money but in a voucher for in-store spending.

I’m an international customer, do I have to pay taxes?
When placing orders from outside the European Union, please note that the customer is responsible for paying any import taxes that may apply. If the customer refuses to pay these taxes and the package is returned to our warehouse, we will process a refund to the customer. However, the refund will be made after deducting the import taxes that were not paid.
